Packing slips and a pick list from your Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce or Amazon orders.
Zovo Packing Slip Maker turns orders into printable packing slips and a pick list. Attach the order export from Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce or Amazon, or paste or type the orders, and get one packing slip per order with the ship-to address, each item with SKU and quantity and a box to tick, the customer note and the gift message, on US Letter, A4 or a 4 x 6 in thermal label, with or without prices. The pick list adds up the quantity of each SKU across all orders and lists which orders need it. Long orders continue on a second page; no line is cut, and rows with a missing quantity or address are listed.
What it does
- One packing slip per order: order number, date, ship-to, items with SKU, quantity and a check box, notes, gift message
- Reads Shopify, Etsy (Order Items), WooCommerce and Amazon order exports, CSV or Excel; columns it did not use are listed
- US Letter, A4, or 4 x 6 in thermal label; prices hidden by default (show_prices for an invoice-style slip)
- Pick list: total quantity per SKU across all orders, with the orders that need it and bin locations
- Long orders continue on the next page with a continued header; nothing is cut
- Gift orders: the gift message prints in its own box and prices can stay hidden
- CSV of the pick list and of every order line with problems

Limitations
- Prints packing slips and pick lists; it does not buy postage, print shipping labels with barcodes, or update orders in your store
- Up to 300 orders, 2,000 item lines and 5,000 export rows per call
- Product images and logos are not printed
- Korean, Hebrew, rare Chinese characters and emoji do not print; the slip is marked and the CSV keeps the full text
